Stay Engaged

We believe community input is critical to the success of Align Amarillo. We have already engaged in several one-on-one interviews with community leaders and 3 focus groups focusing on business climate, talent retention and workforce, and cultural resources. We look forward to conducting more stakeholder input and strive to hear as many different perspectives as possible from across the Amarillo community.

The best ways for Amarillo residents to engage in the strategic planning process is to complete the online Community & Business Survey, or attend one of our public forums.

Community & Business Survey

Please click the following link to complete the Community & Business Survey. We would like as many residents and businesses to participate as possible, so please share the survey link with your families, friends, and colleagues. The Community & Business survey will close on March x 2017, so please complete the survey before that date.

Public Meetings

During the strategic planning process The City of Amarillo, Amarillo EDC, and the consulting team will lead public meetings update Amarillo residents about the progress and findings of the strategy, and ask for input. During these meetings we will engage citizens in high level discussion about what we want the future of Amarillo to be, and what steps do we take now to get there. Each public meeting will have a different focus where we will ask the community to provide input on different issue areas in Amarillo. We encourage you to find time to attend one or all of the public meetings, and invite your friends, families, and colleagues to attend.
